Parasol+ is a remote 3rd party technical support company. They are trained technicians with many years of experience in the field. Through the use of the OVRC platform they are able to gain access to your system remotely and help troubleshoot many common issues 24 hours a day. This service is available for new and existing customers. If you are an existing client of ours and you have at least one OVRC Pro device installed on your system you’re already setup and good to go. If you are a new client, we may need to add a few devices to your system in order to get you signed up with Parasol+
